Great Lakes Resort Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all guests, please review our cancellation policy before booking.

1. Cancellations 3 Months Before Check-In

Cancellations made within 3 months of your check-in date are eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking amount.

 

2. Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before Check-In

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

3. Cancellations 15–30 Days Before Check-In

Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before your check-in date are eligible for a 25% refund of the total booking.

4. Cancellations Within 14 Days of Check-In

Cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and the full booking amount will be charged.

5. Early Departures

Guests who choose to leave before their scheduled check-out date are not eligible for a refund for unused nights.

 

6. No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and do not notify the resort are considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable.

7. Rebooking Due to Natural Events

If a stay is impacted by a natural event that results in a power outage, guests may rebook their stay at no additional charge under the following conditions:

• The new reservation must be for the same length of stay as the original booking.

• The amount paid will go towards your future dates. The difference of the cost will be charged back. 

• Holiday dates are excluded.

• The new stay must occur within the same calendar year. 

• If you choose to rebook after checking in, your original check-out date remains unchanged.
